Increasing A Clean Beauty Retailer’s Online Sales by +35% in 4 months.
Project Goals
This retailer has been around for 10 years, one of the original e-commerce sites in the clean beauty space. Beauty and wellness brands often rely on a few key customer groups with high reorder rates to keep baselines revenue at an acceptable level.
Despite growth in reorder rates and increases in AOV, the retailer had experienced new challenges in 2024 and overall in-store and e-commerce were in decline. The retailer also had a desire to increase the level of quality content creation, restart paid marketing, and improve conversion rates on various key landing pages.
Despite it being a tough year for the beauty industry with most retailers averaging 10% decrease in yOy sales, X had bigger goals for themselves. Based on key data from the initial analysis session we aimed for a goal of 10% growth.

How are various channels performing now and is that different from previous years?
What are people interested in on the site and in the marketing and where are we losing people?
Are there easy leaks in the funnel that can be repaired today while we focus on the larger issues behind the scenes?
